Dr. Cassidy graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science and received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

With a passion for promoting healthy aging, Dr. Cassidy has a special interest in helping the aging population maintain mobility, functional independence, and quality of life as they age gracefully.

Dr. Cassidy offers a patient-centered approach, utilizing a range of evidence-informed techniques including chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercises to treat musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Cassidy is thrilled to join our team and is committed to helping the Elmira community feel 1% better each day. Her goal is to empower patients to move well, feel strong, and live their fullest, most active lives.

Dr. Melanie graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Science and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

She has additional certifications in Active Release Technique, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, and is a certified GLA:D Canada Program Administrator.

She uses a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to create individualized treatment plans, utilizing techniques such as soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization and manipulation, acupuncture, and functional rehabilitation to treat musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Melanie aims to motivate and help her patients improve their general health and make positive lifestyle changes in order to achieve their personal goals and create lasting effects of care. In her spare time, Dr. Melanie can be found staying active in the community by playing softball, hockey, running, or at the gym!
